Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-12
These terms cover your use of AceVoz at acevoz.com and on the teacher sites it hosts. Using AceVoz means accepting them. They are deliberately short.
Who we are
AceVoz is operated by Webucator Holdings, Inc., 175 Brookside Lane, Fayetteville, NY 13066, USA. Contact: support@acevoz.com.
Accounts
You need an account to use AceVoz, and the email address on it has to be one you can receive mail at — we verify it. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
If you are under 16, you may use AceVoz only with the permission of a parent or guardian. A teacher inviting a student who is a child is responsible for having that permission first.
Teachers and students
A teacher can publish a site, invite students, schedule lessons, and set assignments. A teacher can see the work and results of their own students, and students can see their own.
Teaching arrangements — what is taught, when, and what it costs — are between the teacher and the student. AceVoz is the tool they use, not a party to that arrangement. We do not take payments and we do not mediate disputes between a teacher and a student.
What you write stays yours
Lesson materials, site content, word lists and anything else you create on AceVoz remain yours. You give us permission to store and display it so the service can work — showing a teacher's page to their students, for instance. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not use it to train AI models.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for what it shows. Your students see it, so keep it suitable for them. We may remove material that isn't.
Fair use
Do not use AceVoz to:
- break the law, or help someone else do so;
- harass anyone, or upload material that sexualises or endangers a child;
- upload malware, or try to break into accounts or systems that are not yours;
- scrape or automate the service in a way that degrades it for other people;
- impersonate someone else.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things. We will tell you why unless telling you would itself be a problem.
AI features
AceVoz uses AI to generate exercises, mark answers, and hold spoken conversations. It gets things wrong. A marked answer, a generated exercise or a level estimate is a suggestion for a teacher to check, not an assessment to rely on. Do not use AceVoz as the sole basis for a decision that matters — an exam entry, a placement, a grade.
The Privacy Policy explains what is sent to which AI provider, and what is kept.
Availability
AceVoz is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of faults. We do not promise a particular uptime. Keep your own copy of anything you would be sorry to lose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of AceVoz. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Ending it
You can stop using AceVoz at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@acevoz.com. We may close an account that breaks these terms. If we stop offering the service, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms we update the date and version above, and tell you if the change is material. These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, USA, and its courts have jurisdiction — without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
